IT WORKS!
This product was delivered very quickly and in good condition. It states on the box "Plug in and Go" but that's not the case. When I connected wirelessly, it asked me to enter the pin associated with my router... When I typed it ini I was told it was incorrect. I'm by no means a tech virgin so know what I'm doing and it WAS the correct pin. The instructions are pretty good but could be bigger and clearer. One thing that REALLY REALLY annoyed me was that it states that in the unlikely event the instructions are not enough then yo can call our UK support centre... But there is NO email address, NO contact number and it was very difficult to even google the details. Its the most frustrating thing in the world!!!

However...

Once I read the instructions twice more and used the wire to connect from my PC to the repeater, the whole process got easier. The repeater is slick, clean and looks pretty good when plugged in. I have gone from having 1 bar signal to full!!! My...

I unfortuately didnt buy this item on here but I bought through a competitor site (Gutted as I paid more but that will learn me)

I bought it as I didnt have a strong enough broadband connection to get WiFi upstairs but bought this and plugged it in my hall and now I can lie in bed and watch youtube all night if I want.

Also there is a socket on the side of it that if you plug a broadband cable into it, it will convert the wifi back to hard cabled connection (it doesnt tell you that on the packaging but added bonus)

A must have for any house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great product, was not that easy to set up until I remembered the golden rule, Turn your Modem off and then back on again. Was picked up straight away and works a troeat.
Change of review: Two weeks later it packed in, have tried everything to get it working again, there is no technical department to ask for advice so it looks like another Amazon purchase for the bin. When will I ever learn the lesson - SHOP LOCAL
