New design. Easy to install. Required the BT desktop help to configuire. 24 hours later the internet connection started dropping regularly every few minutes. BT technical help very helpful. Rung back sweveral times, line was checked and fault on line was diagnosed. This was as promissed repaired within 48 hours. They even rung back to check that all was well. Very impressed with the service received from BT. However within 10 days frequent dropped internet.connections. BT helpline very helpfull, could not resolve the issue. They send 4 enginuers in 3 days. Nio line fault but faulty equptment. I have now gone back to my original hub BT Voyager 2110, works well no problems. The supplier via Amazon refuses to communicate, but helpfull BT kindly supplied replacement hub. I am so sick of the problems that I have decided to defer trying it out. As the saying goes do not replace unless broken.
Avoid like the plague!!
I was so excited to see how good this router looks and that evaporated when I tried to use it. It drops broadband at least 2-3 times a day. Avoid like the plague!
Nice looking router but data limited to 130 mbps
Good router, good range but data is limited to 130 mpbs. A bit of a problem if one connects a Network Drive to it as the transfer speed is capped. Supposed to be a N router which should allow speed to 300 mbps! Got mine free from BT but I am using it as a door stop and presently I am using D link DIR 615 (left behind from Virgin Media when I left them!). The data transfer is now 300 mbps and not 130 mbps and no dropout so far.

I also did not like the idea that the HH is being used to transmit "BTOpenzone" to other people. I firmly believe if someone is able to connect to the internet using my router as BTopenzone, they would also be able to access other devices connected to my router including my network drive (especially if they are an experienced hacker).

There you go a cheap (free) router from Dlink is doing a better job at data transmission and securing my network devices.
