Blown laptop
I've had exactly the same issues as another poster, blew laptop....not sure if power supply or mother board
Have been in touch with supplier, keep getting same suggestion to uninstall & re install software package
With some reluctance I tried on another PC, unable to configure with USB power spike messages
Pretty clear to me device is faulty & has wrecked one PC already
Will be interesting to see response form supplier...I'm down a few hundred
