Huge increase in signal strength and range over 802.11g
I have had a wireless network for three years and work from a barn at the bottom of my garden. The modem and wireless router being in the house. The signal fluctuates between "poor" and non-existant. Very frustrating.
This Belkin Pre-N MIMO router seems, on the face of it, too good to be true. Believe me, it is everything it is cracked up to be.
The signal is now very strong, even way into the field beyond my garden gate. With NTL's superb high-speed cable this is how wireless networks were meant to be.

After much research on wireless networking for cable modems I decided on this little beauty. I am so glad that I did as the speed and signal power is truly outstanding. It has no trouble with the size of my property and I can get excellent signal everywhere in the house (even though the router is downstairs front, and study is on 3rd floor rear!). Furthermore this also has Belkins lifetime support and warranty with awesome telephone helpline. What more can I say? Well Impressed
Upgraded my network after my old Belkin 11b router packed up.
Installed and running withing 10 minutes, software was easy and set it all up for you. so far its brilliant and even my laptop with the old 11b network card is running faster just like the Pre-N manual said it would.
There is a Firmware version update for the router just follow the instructions in the manual to update it and only takes a few minutes to do.
Overall well impressed and recommend it to anyone.
