The D-link DSL-2640R router runs with AOL perfectly
I have had this router from AOL for 4 months. I run 5 computers from it - wireless and LAN connections. Also a PS3 - PSP - iPod Touch and have had no problems whatsoever. My previous router from AOL was a Thomson 546 and had no problems with that either. The D-Link router that I now have has been great and I thoroughly recommend it. I suggest that those people who have given it 1 star have probably been unfortunate and received rougue machines.

Just what was wanted - a wireless router that was easy to instal and does the job it was meant to do without any fuss.

D-Link DSL - 2640R/UK Wireless Router
I was looking for a Wireless Router and chose the D-Link DSL 2640R because it was recommended and supported by TalkTalk. The Router was delivered to my door within two days. Everything needed was in the box and more, including a TalkTalk setup disk for those not already setup and using TalkTalk. Installation and setup was very easy and after just one reboot of my main computer I was back on line and ready to connect my other devices to the internet via wireless connectivity.
